Just Below the arch is the memorial to the Unknown Soldier. India Gate is fenced by green grass lawns and trees.

Humayun Tomb was built by the wife of Humayun, Haji Begum in the mid 16th century, this red sand stone structure is treated to be the predecessor of Taj Mahal. The structure is one of the best example of The Mughal Architecture. Humayun's wife buried in the red and white sandstone, black and yellow marble tomb.

Jama Masjid- It is the largest mosque in India at the height of 40 mrts where you are able to view Delhi from the minarets of this last but not least architectural project of Shah Jahan. Red Fort –Built in Red Sand stone this imposing fort is 3 kms in perimeter with the height of the wall varying from 18 to 30 meters at places. When the Red fort was being built , Yamuna used to flow on its one sides and there were deep moats on the other.

Chandni Chowk:- is the main street of old Delhi, is a shocking contrast to the wide, orderly streets of New Delhi. Cars, Cycle paddle rickshaws, hand-pulled carts, pedestrians, and animals all contest for space. It's chaotic, crumbling and congested, but completely captivating as well. As one of the oldest and busiest markets in India, its narrow winding lanes are full of inexpensive jewelry, fabrics, and electronics. For the more memorable adventurous, Chandni Chowk is an excellent place to come to sample some of Delhi's street food.
