Day 01:- Arrival Delhi
On arrival in Delhi for your Delhi Agra Orchha Khajuraho with Rajasthan. After completion of your immigration formalities and luggage collection come out of exit gate no 5 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Our friendly representative will be waiting for you with your name Placard board. Later transfer to your pre-booked hotel in a comfortable spacious car. Rest or the day free for Relaxing. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 02:- Delhi Local ( Many Delhi Monuments are closed on Monday )
Post Delicious breakfast at hotel, gear up for full day Delhi city tour, Start with Old Delhi city tour by visiting- The Red Fort, Jama Masjid, The silver street of Chandni Chowk, Spice market, Raj Ghat. For better understanding of Old Delhi tour you may go for Rickshaw ride tour and ride through the bazaars and streets of Old Delhi (Optional tour). Later Post Lunch go for New Delhi city tour visit The famous Hindu temple -Birla Mandir, The India Gate, The Rashtrapati Bhavan - President's House, The tomb of Emperor Humayun, Qutab Minar and The Bahai Temple(Lotus Temple) if time permits than also visit Bangla sahib Gurdwara (Sikh Temple). Day 03:- Delhi to Mukundgarh ( By road )
After delicious breakfast at hotel check out and drive to Mukundgarh. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Post lunch visit Mukundgarh or Mandawa, was founded in 1775 by Thakur Nawal Singhand it still the home of his descendants has beautiful frescoes, havelis and mansions. Famous Mandawa Castle, is one of the finest castles of Rajasthan as well as of India is now a hotel and houses a collection of armories, costumes of ancestors, cannons way back from 1820 ancient coins, numismatic collection and many other interesting items in a Museum. Night stay in Mukundgarh.
Day 04:- Mukundgarh to Khimsar ( By road )
After yummy breakfast drive to Khimsar. Post Arrival in Khimsar , check in at the hotel. Post lunch go for a tour of Khimsar or Places to see in Khimsar. Khimsar is steeped in history and was founded 2500 years ago by the Jain Saint Mahaveer. This place is the starting point of the great Indian Desert. The Castle over here was founded in the 15th Century by Prince Karamsi- son of Jodhpur and very close to other places of interest like Osian and Nagaur. Day 05:- Khimsar to Jodhpur ( 100kms/2hrs)
Post healthy breakfast drive to Jodhpur via Mandor 10 Kms short of Jodhpur to visit the Mandor Garden the old capital of Jodhpur. Later drive to Rajasthan's 2nd biggest city and also known as one blue city of India. Jodhpur is a very famous tourist destination of India, it have offering for all age groups it has many forts, palaces and temples. Jodhpur is also called as the Cultural capital of Rajasthan, Jodhpur is also famous for its local cuisine. On arrival in Jodhpur and transfer to the hotel. Day 06:- Jodhpur City Tour
Post a relaxed breakfast at hotel, later go for city sightseeing tour of Jodhpur, stronghold of the fierce Rathore clan, was founded in 1459 by Prince Jodha. Visit Iconic the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low stunning sandstone hill. There are a lot of tourist attraction points inside the Mehrangarh fort, visit Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble cenotaph, built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant singh II around 1899 and don't forget to visit Umaid Public gardens. Day 07:- Jodhpur to Jaipur via Pushkar ( 340kms/6hrs )
After a healthy breakfast at the hotel, Start your 7th day of Luxury Rajasthan tour package and drive to Jaipur on the way to holi city Pushkar which is located to the northwest of Ajmer. Pushkar is surrounded by hillocks from three sides. Star Pushkar city tour by visiting Brahma temple (said to be one of the few temples in the world dedicated to this deity), holy Pushkar lake, Man Mahal and Savitri temple by cable car to enjoy aerial view. Day 08:- Jaipur city tour
This morning post nutritious breakfast, go for guided City tour of Jaipur by visiting the Amber fort, built in 16th century famous for its artistic style, enjoy an elephant ride(own Expense) at Amber, later visit Jal Mahal which is situated in middle of Man Sagar Lake. Drive past the Hawa Mahal-a Palace of winds,This architectural feature allowed cool air from the Venturi effect to pass through, thus making the whole area more pleasant during the high temperatures in summer. In the afternoon post Lunch you will visit the city palace and museum the magnificent pillars, lattice or jali work, carved marble interiors and inlaid ornamentations make the palace beautiful in appearance and a treat to watch for the visitors, walk to adjacent Jantar Mantar an astronomical observatory, you may also visit famous Albert hall. Day 09:- Jaipur to Bharatpur ( 190kms/3.5hrs )
This morning post healthy buffet breakfast at hotel, Check out and Later you will be transferred by road to Bharatpur which is located on eastern part of Rajasthan, Keoladeo National Park is famous and major bird sanctuary in Bharatpur which have man-made wetlands that protect more than 360 species of birds which includes migratory and resident birds. It is also the main wintering area in India for huge numbers of aquatic birds from Turkmenistan, China, Afghanistan and Siberia most surprisingly is the rare Siberian crane, which has been recorded & sported in the park. Post hotel check in and lunch, visit Keoladeo National Park also known as Bharatpur Birds Sanctuary (optional) for spending quality bird watching in India, Post things to do in Bharatpur or Places to see in Bharatpur. Day 10:- Bharatpur to Agra Via Fatehpur Sikri (60kms/1hr )
Post healthy breakfast at hotel drive to Mughal city Agra, On the way don't forget to visit Fatehpur Sikri- a perfectly preserved red sandstone ghost town which was the estranged capital of Mughal King Akbar and was built in 1569 and deserted after failure of its water system. On arrival in Agra and check into a hotel. Later post lunch go for guided sunset TAJ MAHAL visit which was constructed by 5th Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan built it in 1631 in the memory of his second wife, Mumtaz Mahal, a Muslim Persian princess. She died in a very unfortunate way while accompanying her husband in Berhampur. They went there to crush a rebellion, post giving birth to their 14th child. It is believed that her death crushed the emperor so much that all his hair and beard were said to have grown white like snow in a few months. When Mumtaz Mahal was alive, she took four promises from the Shah Jahan: first that he would build the Taj in her memory; 2nd that he should remarry; 3rd, that he would be kind to their children; and 4th that he would visit the tomb on her death anniversary. He fulfilled the first and second promises. Construction started in 1631 and was completed in 22 years. Almost twenty thousand people were deployed to work on it. Famous Iranian architect designed it and it is best appreciated when the architecture and its adornments are linked to the passion that inspired it. It is a "symbol of eternal love". Day 11:- Agra sightseeing tour
Post healthy buffet breakfast at hotel, Later go for Agra city tour or things to do in Agra by visiting Agra Fort-the rusty and huge red-sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna. This fort is divided into many parts, the main place is Diwan-I-Am (hall for public audience), a colonnaded hall made of red-sandstone with a throne alcove of inlaid marble at the back, the Emperor heard public petitions. Second important part is the Diwan-i-Khas (hall for private audience)which is built of marble pavilions with floral inlays lend an ethereal ambience, the Emperor sat on his gem-studded Peacock Throne and used to met foreign ambassadors and rulers of friendly kingdoms. If timer permits do visit Baby Taj Mahal and Mehtab Bagh in Agra. From Mehtab Bagh you can take many stunning pics with the beautiful Taj Mahal in its background. Day 12:- Agra to Jhansi ( By Train ) Jhansi - Orchha (By road ) Approx. 30 minutes drive
After breakfast transfer to railway station to board the fast air-conditioned train to Jhansi. After arrival in Jhansi railway station, meet and greet our friendly representative and transfer to the pre booked hotel at Orchha. Orchha is an architectural heritage town in Niwari district of Madhya Pradesh, Orchha historical town was founded by Rudra Pratap Singh in the 16th century from Bundela dynasty. Later Bir Singh Deo, king of Orchha who was a great builder during his time he spread Bundeli architectural styles not only in Orchha but to several parts of North India. On arrival post hotel check-in formalities, go for a place to see in Orchha. Orchha is the well-kept medieval township, Orchha was built in the 16th century. Day 13:- Orchha to Khajuraho ( By road ) Approx. 3hrs. and half drive
Post yummy breakfast at hotel go for places to see in Khajuraho or Khajuraho guided tour start with visiting Khajuraho and its temples, Explore Khajuraho Eastern and Western Group of Temple, these temples built during the the Chandela dynasty rule from 950-1050. Out of 85 temples only 22 temples from the original temples group survived till now, All these temples are magnificent examples of Hindu architectures. Though all the temples are worth a visit, you visit the main attractions of Khajuraho which are the Parsvanath Temple, the Adinath temple.
