Taj Mahal going to Reopen From 16th June,21

As per the advisory issued by Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) on June 14, all the historical monuments will reopen from June 16, 2021. Monuments and museums were closed after the second wave of novel coronavirus in India. Those who want to visit the Taj Mahal need to book tickets online. Union Culture and Tourism minister Prahlad Patel in a tweet said that the culture ministry had given the approval for monuments to reopen.

This is a welcome step by the government as most of the states are unlocking after the 2nd wave, after the reopening of ASI monuments the tourism industries will get a boost, which was facing unseen challenges from 2020. With this announcement it is expected states like Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and many more will attract more tourists now.
